On behalf of the Issuer, we hereby notify that, in respect of UJSB's RM27.56 billion Sukuk Murabahah Facility, the Issuer will exercise its right to redeem in-kind the Series 1 Sukuk Murabahah, issued on 30 May 2019 under stock code VK190099, at its nominal value on the scheduled maturity date of 29 May 2026.
