As Facility Agent, we attached herewith the letter dated 9 February, 2024 from Malaysian Trustees Berhad on the Issuer's notification to purchase Stock Code Nos. SE230125, SE230126 & SE230127 via private treaty on February 9, 2024.

We also wish to inform that the Issuer had fully redeemed the above said Stock Code via private treaty on February 9, 2024, ahead of its maturity dates.

Please note that the Issuer's notification can be obtained from Malaysian Trustee Berhad upon request.
