Pursuant to the notice of extraordinary general meeting of the Sukukholders of the IMTN Programme dated 27 October 2026 ("EGM Notice") issued to MTrustee Berhad (the "Sukuk Trustee"), the Issuer would like to convene an extraordinary general meeting of the Sukukholders for the purpose of considering and, if thought fit, passing of the Extraordinary Resolution set out in the EGM Notice. Details of the meeting of the Sukukholders to be convened shall be as follows:

Venue: Dewan Bankuet 3, Menara Felda, Platinum Park, No. 11 Persiaran KLCC, 50088 Kuala Lumpur
