We, as the Facility Agent, wish to notify that the Issuer has vide the Deferral Notice dated 29 July 2026, given notice that it has elected to defer the Coupon Payment for the Perpetual Notes Tranche 1 Series 1 (Stock Code: PZ250010) which was scheduled to be paid on 5 August 2026, in accordance with Clause 4.6(d) of the Trust Deed.
