As the Facility Agent, we wish to inform that the Issuer has notified Malaysian Trustees Berhad ("Sukuk Trustee") on the proposed revision of terms to the Sukuk Murabahah Programme to incorporate, amongst others, the revision of the existing programme tenure to perpetual ("Notice of Revision of Terms"). The Notice of Revision of Terms was circulated by the Sukuk Trustee to the holders of the Sukuk Murabahah for consideration via email on 2 July 2026.
Kindly be informed accordingly.
