Reference is made to our announcement dated 24 April 2026 in relation to the Proposed Early Redemption for stock code VH230477.

As Facility Agent of the abovementioned Sukuk Musharakah Programme, we hereby announce on behalf of Exsim that the Proposed Early Redemption have been approved by the Sukukholders.

In furtherance to the aforementioned, Exsim has issued a notice regarding their intention to redeem the outstanding Sukuk Musharakah on 29 May 2026 ("Redemption Date").
