To the Bondholders,

The Issuer, vide a letter dated 21 November 2022, has informed us, as the Facility Agent for the Junior Bonds, that no Coupon Payment will be paid to the Bondholders on 29 November 2022 ("Coupon Payment Date") due to non-fulfillment of the Requisite Condition pursuant to Clause 4.2(a) of the Trust Deed dated 11 November 2011 ("Trust Deed"). In accordance with Clause 4.2(b) of the Trust Deed, the unpaid Coupon Payment shall be paid on the earlier of, Maturity Date of the relevant tranche of Junior Bonds (i.e. 29 November 2030 for Stock Code: PW110046 and 28 November 2031 for Stock Code: PX110047) or the date of declaration of an Event of Default under the Junior Bonds.
