We have been advised by the Issuer, vide their letter dated 4 November 2026, that the Issuer :-

1. intends to redeem the outstanding CP (Stock code: RB260117) on its maturity date on 23 November 2026; and

2. does not intend to make any further issuance of the CP under the CP Programme.

Subsequent to the redemption of the outstanding CP on 23 November 2026 and there being no further outstanding CP under the CP Programme, the Issuer has instructed the Facility Agent to cancel the CP programme.
