We have been advised by MTA, vide their letter date 4 Nov 2026, that they:-

1. intend to redeem the Outstanding CP (Stock code: RB260117) on its maturity date on 23 November 2026; and

2. does not intend to make any further issuance of the CP under the CP Programme.

Subsequent to the redemption of the Outstanding CP on 23 Nov 2026 and there shall be no more outstanding CP under the CP Programme, MTA has further instructed the Facility Agent to proceed to cancel the CP programme thereafter.
