Pursuant to the letter dated 27 October 2026 ("Letter") from CIMB Commerce Trustee Berhad, the trustee for the Sukuk Programme ("Trustee") to the Sukukholders, the Issuer has instructed the Trustee to convene an Extraordinary General Meeting of the Sukukholders for the purpose of considering and, if though fit, passing the Extraordinary Resolution proposed by the Issuer.
