Please be informed that, pursuant to the Deferral Notice dated 15 July 2026 received from VHB, payment of the Expected Periodic Distribution Amounts of the Junior Sukuk Wakalah (Series 1 Tranche 4, Stock Code: PO250004) due on 6 August 2026 has been deferred to 7 September 2026, in accordance with clause 5.7 of the Trust Deed.  As such, there will be no Expected Periodic Distribution Amounts payment on 6 August 2026.
