As the Facility Agent of the Junior Bonds, we hereby announce that we have been notified by the Receiver and Manager that there will be no Coupon Payment on 29 April 2026 ("Coupon Payment Date"). Accordingly, the Coupon Payment Date has been deferred to the Maturity Date i.e. 27 April 2035.
