As the Facility Agent, we wish to inform that the Issuer will make a mandatory early redemption of MTN totalling RM40,428,000.00 on 23 February 2026 and MTN totalling RM8,672,000.00 on 24 February 2026 under the stock codes set out in the Appendix enclosed herein at their respective nominal values together with all accrued coupon.
