Further to our announcement dated 31 October 2025, we wish to inform that the Extraordinary Resolution has been signed by or on behalf of the Sukukholders holding in aggregate not less than seventy five percent (75%) of the nominal value outstanding IMTN, bearing the following results:

Extraordinary Resolution 2 Not Passed
Extraordinary Resolution 3 Passed
Extraordinary Resolution 4 Passed
 
The result of the Extraordinary Resolutions has been circulated to the Sukukholders by Malaysian Trustees Berhad via email on 22 December 2025.
