Reference is made to our announcement dated 2 December 2025 in relation to the Proposed Early Redemption. 

As the Facility Agent of the abovementioned Sukuk Murabahah Programme, we hereby announce on behalf of PTRANS that the Issuer has issued a Notice of Proposed Redemption dated 11 December 2025 to redeem the outstanding amount for the following stock codes in full on the Proposed Redemption Date as below (?Notice of Proposed Redemption dated 11 December 2025?):

The Issuer's Notice dated 26 November 2025 enclosed in Trustee's letter dated 1 December 2025 shall be superseded by the Notice of Proposed Redemption dated 11 December 2025.
