We refer to our announcement on 21 March 2025.

We received a notification from the trustee i.e. Malaysian Trustees Berhad dated 7 November 2025, that the Issuer would like to withdraw their Special Resolution in Writing circulated on 21 March 2025 in relation to the extension of the Availability Period of the Sukuk Wakalah Programme. 

Notice on the above has been issued by the trustee to the Sukuk holders vide its email dated 7 November 2025.
