Pursuant to Clause 16.3.13 the of the Trust Deed dated to 21 August 2020, the Issuer had via their confirmation letter dated 14 October 2025 provided the followings information to the Sukuk Holders under Information Covenants of Trust Deed for Sukuk Holders record in relation to Islamic medium term notes (' 'IMTN' ') issuance of up to RM260.0 million in nominal value based on the Shariah principle of Murabahah (via Tawaruq Arrangement) ("Asean Green SRI Sukuk"), the information are in relation to: -

(i) the original amount allocated for the Eligible SRI Projects;
(ii) the amount utilised for the Eligible SRI Projects;
(iii) the unutilised amount and where such unutilised amount is placed or invested pending utilisation; and
(iv) the list of Eligible SRI Projects in which the ASEAN Green SRI Sukuk proceeds have been allocated to and a brief description of the said Eligible SRI Projects; and 
(v) their impact or expected impact, including the key underlying methodology or assumptions used to determine the impact or expected impact.
