We refer to our announcement dated 6 May 2025. 

Please be informed that TDM Berhad had obtained the Sukukholders approval in relation to its request for the exemption of a requirement under the Clause 6B.1 under the Assignment and Charge (Tranche 1 Designated Accounts) dated 5 November 2024 subject to conditions. 

The above decision had been notified by AmanahRaya Trustees Berhad to the Issuer and the Sukukholders today.
