Further to the announcement made on 9 January 2025, the Issuer had on 10 January 2025 provided an irrevocable and unconditional notice to the Trustee and CIMB Investment Bank Berhad as the facility agent for the MTN Programme that the Issuer shall partial redeem RM50,000,000.00 in Nominal Value of the Senior Take-Out MTNs (Stock Code: UM190381) on 17 January 2025 ("Early Redemption Date") at the Early Redemption Price, together with the accrued but unpaid Coupon Amount up to but excluding the Early Redemption Date.
