Malaysian Trustees Berhad has vide its letter dated 12 November 2024 informed that the Extraordinary Resolution with respect to the above EGM was supported by a majority consisting of not less than seventy five percent (75%) of the persons voting thereat, the said Extraordinary Resolution was therefore duly declared as CARRIED with the condition that RAM Rating Services Berhad confirming that the Proposal in the said Resolution will not adversely affect the current credit rating (AA2) and rating outlook (stable) of reNikola Solar II Sdn Bhd's ASEAN Green SRI Sukuk Programme.

The result of the Extraordinary General Meeting has been circulated to the Sukukholders by Malaysian Trustees Berhad via email on 12 November 2024.
