We, the Facility Agent, received a notification from Malaysian Trustees Berhad (Trustee) today, 6 November 2024 that a Sukukholders meeting will be convened by the Issuer on 5 December 2024 at 3.00pm at No. 36, Jalan Batai Barat, Damansara Height 50480 Kuala Lumpur to vote for the Special Resolution on the following:-

1. Early and full redemption of all outstanding SRI Sukuk which shall be redeemed via the proceeds raised from the issuance of a new rated Sukuk (New Sukuk);  
2. The opening of designated accounts for the New Sukuk prior to the early and full redemption date of the SRI Sukuk; and 
3. The creation of second (2nd) ranking security interest on the existing security under the SRI Sukuk for the New Sukuk prior to the early and full redemption date of the SRI Sukuk.  

The Special Resolutions Notice of Meeting of the Holders, which detailing the requests above was sent by the Trustee to the Sukukholders today.
