We, as the Facility Agent, wish to notify that pursuant to Clause 6.5 of the Trust Deed dated 16 May 2014, the Issuer will fully redeem the outstanding Tranche 3 Subordinated Sukuk Murabahah of RM500.0 million in nominal value (Stock Code: VN190233) together with the accrued profit on 30 October 2024 (Call Date).
