As the Facility Agent of the above mentioned IMTN Programme, we hereby announce on behalf of Issuer that the Extraordinary Resolution in relation to the proposed amendments to the relevant Issuance Level Documents in relation to, among others, the Payment Date and Schedules Dissolution Date in respect of the Tranche 1 Sukuk Wakalah is carried and duly passed by the Noteholders on 14 April 2026.

Attached is the self-explanatory letter from the Sukuk Trustee's to the Sukukholders dated 21 April 2026 in relation to the Extraordinary Resolution in Writting.
