We refer to our announcement dated 10 March 2026. 

We wish to announce that we have been notified by TMF Trustees Malaysia Berhad, as the Sukuk Trustee for the Senior Sukuk Musharakah, that the letter to Sukukholders dated 10 March 2026 and Notice of Resolution in writing, all of which were circulated via email on 10 March 2026 as well as the Revised Notice of Resolution in writing circulated via email on 1 April 2026 (collectively, the ?Resolution?) was not passed.
