We, as the Facility Agent for MTN Programme, wish to notify that the Issuer via the Trustee is seeking approval of the MTN Holders of Tranche 1 MTNs, Tranche 4 MTNs and Tranche 5 MTNs via the special resolution circulated on 19 March 2026.

We attached herewith the self-explanatory letters all dated 19 March 2026 from the Trustee in relation to the Special Resolution in Writing.
