As Facility Agent, we refer to the letter dated March 13, 2026 from CIMB Islamic Trustee Berhad (?Sukuk Trustee?) informing that they have obtained the Sukukholder's instruction and the Sukukholder has confirmed its agreement for the Issuer to proceed with the option to upsize the programme limit and make revision of terms of the IMTN Programme.

Please note that the said letter can be obtained from the Sukuk Trustee.
