As Facility Agent, we hereby notify that the Trustee has informed us that the Issuer will be exercising the powers in accordance with Clause 18 of the Proposed Redemption Plan to further extend the Indicative Implementation Timeline and the Maturity Date of the RSLS to 31 March 2026 to facilitate and/or give effect to the Proposed Redemption Plan.
