We as the Facility Agent, wish to inform that Pacific Trustees Berhad, the Trustee of the ASEAN Sustainable SRI Sukuk Programme, had on 3 December 2025 sought the consent by way of a Special Resolution in writing to early redeem the Agroto ASEAN Sustainability SRI Sukuk Tranche 1 of RM200 million in nominal value for stock code VI210311 prior to its maturity date. 

The Special Resolution in writing has been circulated to the Sukukholders by Pacific Trustees Berhad via email on 3 December 2025.
