Unless otherwise defined herein, all capitalised terms used in this announcement shall have the same meanings ascribed to them in the trust deed dated 8 June 2016 (as supplemented by the deed of amendments dated 7 July 2022, and the supplemental trust deed dated 27 March 2025) made between the Issuer and Pacific Trustees Berhad ("Sukuk Trustee"). 

As the Facility Agent of the Sukuk Murabahah Programme, we hereby announce on behalf of the Issuer that pursuant to the letter dated 30.10.2025 issued by EXP Payment Sdn Bhd ("EXP") (being the Servicer for the Sukuk Murabahah Programme) to the Pacific Trustees Berhad (being the Sukuk Trustee of the Sukuk Murabahah Programme) and the Issuer, please be informed that EXP has issued a notice to terminate its role as the servicer for the sixth tranche of the Sukuk Murabahah Programme ("Sixth Tranche") and in turn, nominate RCE Marketing Sdn Bhd as the replacement servicer ("Proposal").

The concurrence of the Sukuk Trustee has been sought pursuant to Clause 6.1(b) of the servicing agreements in respect of the Sixth Tranche. The concurrence of the Rating Agency (that the Proposal will have no rating impact on the Sixth Tranches) has also been obtained. As such, the Sukuk Trustee has notified the Sukukholders of this matter vide its letters dated 20 November 2025.
