We, the Facility Agent, received a notification from Malaysian Trustees Berhad (Sukuk Trustee) today, 26 March 2025 that a Sukukholders meeting will be convened by the Issuer on 18 April 2025 at 3.00 pm at UiTM Holdings Sdn Bhd, Level 11, Block A, Dataran PHB, Saujana Resort, Section U2, 40150 Shah Alam, Selangor to vote for the Special Resolution on the following:-

1. Early and full redemption of all outstanding Green SRI Sukuk which shall be redeemed in parts via the proceeds raised from the new financing facility;
2. Utilization of the funds in the relevant designated accounts prior to the early and full redemption date for purpose of the payment of the differential sum between the redemption sum and the proceeds raised from the new financing facility; and
3. Other related matters.

The Special Resolutions Notice of Meeting of the Holders, which detailing all requests was sent by the Sukuk Trustee to the Sukukholders today, 26 March 2025.
