We refer to our announcement made on 4 March 2025 in relation to the Sukukholders meeting to be convened by the Issuer on 27 March 2025.

We received a notification from Malaysian Trustees Berhad (Trustee) today, 20 March 2025 that the Special Resolution in relation to the required payments to be made by the Issuer to the advisors and/or service providers for the Proposed Early Redemption and issuance of a new rated Sukuk, is to be conditional upon a prescribed limit. 

The updated Special Resolutions Notice of Meeting of the Holders was sent by the Trustee to the Sukukholders today.
