As the Facility Agent, we hereby notify that OSK Rated Bond Sdn Bhd ("Issuer") had, via a letter to AmanahRaya Trustees Berhad (as the Sukuk Trustee acting on behalf of the holders of the Sukuk Murabahah issued under the Sukuk Murabahah Programme) dated 13 December 2024, conveyed its intention to undertake the following:

(i)	proposed upsizing of the combined limit of its existing Islamic medium term note ("Sukuk Murabahah") programme ("Sukuk Murabahah Programme") and multi-currency medium term note programme ("MCMTN Programme") ("Proposed Upsizing"); and
 
(ii)	proposed amendments to the principal terms and conditions of the Sukuk Murabahah Programme ("Proposed Amendments").
