As the Facility Agent, we hereby notify that OSK Rated Bond Sdn Bhd ("Issuer") had, via a letter to AmanahRaya Trustees Berhad (as the Trustee acting on behalf of the holders of the MCMTN issued under the MCMTN Programme) dated 13 December 2024, conveyed its intention to undertake the following:

(i)	proposed upsizing of the combined limit of its existing multi-currency medium term note programme ("MCMTN Programme") and Islamic medium term note ("Sukuk Murabahah") programme ("Sukuk Murabahah Programme") ("Proposed Upsizing"); and
 
(ii)	proposed amendments to the principal terms and conditions of the MCMTN Programme ("Proposed Amendments").
