We, the Facility Agent, refer to our announcement on 20 November 2024.

We have been notified by the Sukuk Trustee that the Issuer had called off the Sukukholders' meeting to vote for the Special Resolution on the early and full redemption of all Green Sri Sukuk and other related matters which was scheduled to be convened on 12 December 2024.

The notice which detailing the matters concerning cancellation of the meeting was sent to the Sukukholders by the Sukuk Trustee today.
