We wish to inform that Issuer has requested a written extension of the due date of the Resolution. The extended due date for the Resolution to be submitted to the Trustee will be on 30 October 2024 by 3.00 p.m.

The notice of the Extension of Resolution in Writing has been circulated to the Sukukholders by AmanahRaya Trustees Berhad via email on 21 October 2024.
