("MTN PROGRAMME") - REVISION OF TERMS

The MTN Holders had consented the Issuer's request to revise the principal terms conditions ("PTC") of the MTN Programme:

(i) to include Hong Leong Investment Bank Berhad and such other financial institution(s) as may be appointed by the Issuer from time to time as the joint principal advisers, joint lead arrangers and joint lead managers to the MTN Programme;

(ii) to change the status of the credit rating of the MTN Programme from unrated to a combination of unrated and rated;

(iii) to include flexibility to issue an unsecured medium term notes under the MTN Programme; and

(iv) include the flexibility to issue sustainability, sustainability-linked, social and/or green medium term notes under the MTN Programme.
