The IMTN Sukuk Holders' have consented to the Issuer's request on the following revision in the principal terms and conditions of the IMTN Programme:-

To terminate the existing O&M Contract with Mattan Engineering Sdn Bhd (as defined in the Trust Deed) and thereafter, to enter into a new operation and maintenance contract (the ''New O&M Contract'') with Eco Solar Solutions Sdn. Bhd.
(the ''New Provider'') (the ''Proposal'').
