Unless otherwise defined herein, all capitalised terms used in this announcement shall have the same meanings ascribed to them in the trust deed dated 19 March 2019 entered into between the Issuer and MTrustee Berhad and the announcement dated 18 November 2025.
 
As the Facility Agent of the Sukuk Murabahah Programme, we hereby announce on behalf of the Issuer that further to the announcement dated 18 November 2025, EXP Payment Sdn Bhd ("EXP") has received a letter dated 27 November 2025 from MTrustee Berhad (as the Sukuk Trustee for the Sukuk Murabahah Programme), confirming that it has no objection to the Proposal. Accordingly, please be informed that the relevant parties will proceed to execute the required documentation for:
 
(i) termination of the servicing agreement entered into by, inter alia, EXP; and
 
(ii) appointment of RCE Marketing Sdn Bhd as the replacement servicer by way of a replacement servicing agreement.
