To the Subordinated Debtholders,

Please be informed that, pursuant to Clause 8.3 of the Trust Deed dated 29 August 2013 as supplemented by the Supplemental Trust Deed dated 21 June 2016, CIMB BANK intends to redeem the outstanding RM1,200,000,000.00 Subordinated Debt (Stock Code: PO180007) in whole at the Nominal Value (together with all accrued but unpaid interest/coupon under the said Subordinated Debt) on the First Call Date of 13 September 2024.
